If it starts heating and detects the absence of water in the unit, the kettle will automatically shut off to avoid damaging the heating element. It’s designed with an accurate pour, gooseneck spout so pour over coffee is a breeze as well as your other favorite hot beverages, soups, noodles, and hot cereals & oats.
